DONALD TRUMP

BY BERNARD BUJOLD (LeStudio1) -
Some people are saying that Donald Trump is not a serious politician?
What is politics? A question without an answer!
Personally, if I was in my 20-30 again, I would like Trump very much!
When I watch him, it remember me the time around 1980. The energy was special!
For one, the McDonald's restaurants were very popular in Canada and an economic leader around the world; and Brian Mulroney was saying that the government must change.
Trump is talking outside the box in a way like Mulroney in 1984.
But Trump might be a bit way to much at the right and he might finish like Ross Perot and Sarah Palin.
One thing for sure: Trump is outside the box!
By the way, the definition of a politician in the dictionary is this: "... a person skilled in political government or administration; statesman or stateswoman; an expert in politics or political government; a person who seeks to gain power or advancement within an organization in ways that are generally disapproved...." The word origin is from France around 1580.
The best definition of the politician I have seen (suggested by my friend Eric Weider) was a comment Nikita Khrushchev made to Nixon: “If people believe there’s an imaginary river out there, you don’t tell them there’s no river there. You build an imaginary bridge over the imaginary river.”
